4th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Marissa Kennedy

We welcomed Mrs. Marissa Kennedy to the Carden team in 2016.  She brought with her over 8 years of teaching experience; serving four years as an educator at a Montessori school for primary-aged students in Marin County, one year as a 4th grade teacher, and three years as a 5th grade teacher.  Mrs. Kennedy enjoys teaching because of her love for helping students develop their academic and interpersonal skills.

Mrs. Kennedy grew up in Paia, graduated from King Kekaulike High School, and attended college in the Bay Area; this fostered her love for all Bay Area sports teams.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, reading, hiking, and cuddling with her husband, daughter, and dogs.
