SY 2025-2026
A $1500 non-refundable enrollment deposit for new and returning students is due upon completion of
the enrollment contract. This deposit is a part of the overall tuition below to ensure a space for your child.
Annual Payment Plan 1 (Single payment in full due June 1, 2025)
*Optional and Highly Recommended – Add 2.1% Dewar TRP
Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4: $16,600 **Plus $349 (optional)
Elementary K-5: $16,600 **Plus $349 (optional)
Middle School: $17,828 **Plus $374 (optional)
Semi-Annual Payment Plan 2 (Two payments due June 1, 2025 and November 1, 2025)
Total includes $100 processing fee and the required 2.1% Dewar TRP

Monthly Payment Plan 3 (10 monthly payments due June 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026)
Total includes $200 processing fee and the required 2.1% Dewar TRP

*DEWAR Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) – Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition as stated in the school’s enrollment contract. The Dewar fee is calculated at 2.1% of the full tuition.
**Although it is optional for the annual payment, it is highly recommended, as the plan offers various levels of coverage, such as insurance for unexpected moves, withdrawals, etc.
Tuition Assistance Program – Need-based program available via FACTS Grant and Aid.
Sibling Discount – 5% – The discount does not apply to first child.
Books/Supplies/Field Studies/Yearbook – Included with tuition. Note: Fee excludes MS end-of-year trip.
After Care for K – 8th (2:30 – 5:00) and PreK (2:30 – 4:00) for a fee billed separately.
School Uniforms – Families must purchase school uniforms separately via Lands’ End.
School Lunch – Not included, but families have a catering option for lunch delivery billed separately.
FACTS Tuition Management
All Carden families, new and returning, will be required to set up a FACTS payment plan each year within the online Application & Enrollment process.
